My friend told me that I have to switch my prepaid Vodafone card to postpaid due to good offers so I switched into postaid . but after sometime I feel that it was too costly than prepaid.
When I call to the customer care service I told them to please cancel my plan of 399/- and start 99/- only because I am using airtel for calling, internet, messages etc so dont want this pack of 399/- at that time they said ok sir but at the end of month I received a mail of my Vodafone bill in that I saw that I have total bill of rupees 875/- total for one month I call again but they doesnt receive my call and if received they dont solve my problem.
So after frustrated from this I went to the vodafone shop to change my postpaid card to prepaid guys you dont belive my they told me that come on Monday when I go monday they again told me that come on Wednesday and after that they told me Saturday and goes on. after that I was fullu angry on this and I BROKE MY VODAFONE CARD BECAUSE THEY NEED POSTPIAD CUSTOMER AND IF WE BACK AGAIN IN PREPAID THEY WILL NEVER LISTEN TO US . IF YOU DONT BELIEVE THEN TRY IT .
