I have a post paid connection from Vodafone in Kerala. I have no complaints about the phone service except the harassment from their employees. If the bill due date is on 29th and after receiving an email and sms about my bill, I get a call from the employee promptly on 24th asking if I have received the bill, when am I going to pay etc. etc. They are not bothered if I am in a meeting or roaming.
Yesterday I had to shut him up by saying that I am roaming and not going to pay the bill but disconnect the phone and ask for my deposit back. I was surprised when he replied saying:Oh so you are going to disconnect and not pay. Ok Fine.
When I compalained to an customer care officer 3 months ago, he told me that this is part of their policy and I told him my policy will be to disconnect the service. They are not bothered and it is disappointing from a world famous company like vodafone. You cannot find any numbers of the senior officials in the net and therefore it is not possible to complain to higher ups. However I have decided that I had enough. Hope senior officials of Vodafone will take care or there will be many more postpaid customers like me
leaving
