Hi.
I am writing this review as per my recent experience with a car rental company named VOLER CARS in delhi.
They are scoundrels, Security deposit eater, fraudsters with a bunch of idiots as customer care. I have completed my trip and returned the car back since 23rd jan and still haven’t received the refund amount till date.
They are really unprofessional, biggest liars and all time excuse makers. They keep apologizing for the delay in refund rather then actually refunding the amount.
I know I am not alone who is facing this refund issue with them but I swear if you guys continues this way, you will have to pay for this in coming days.
I being a common man can rate them on playstores or write review on blogs or share my worst ever car rental experience with Voler on social media but I know that this will definitely affect their clients in future.
Since they are holding my security deposit with no reason and I am giving them a negative rating and review, a threatening mail for removing the review in return of security amount refund won’t be surprising for me.
I will make sure to publish/explain this story in each and every corner, over the blogs and social media pages, to my friend circle, to my colleagues and relatives so as to save them from cheaters like you’Volercars’
They actually make you feel like begging for your own money.
All the guys who are planning to book a car with Volercars are sincerely requested and warned for not to proceed with the booking as Volercars take away their hard-earned money and never refund the security deposit.
They are the real cheapsters.
Please please please never book cars with Volercars. You will never get your security amount back.
