This review seeks to elaborate on my experiences from using the 15 gram pack of Volini Pain Relief Gel.
I love exercising. But while doing push ups and sit ups, I needed a reliable pain relief gel that could help me get through and possibly prevent muscle soreness and pain around the ankles.
I tried Voilni for a while, after coming across a TV ad(the one that that involved Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty) that specifically depicted its use as a pain relief gel, targeting muscle soreness and ankle pain, that may arise during and after exercise.
I usually apply the gel on sensitive areas, a few minutes before exercising and if there happens to be an onset of muscle soreness, I apply the gel on the affected area, the minute I stop exercising.
From my experience, the effectiveness of Volini as a pain relief gel, was rather limited. The application of the gel led to a pretty uncomfortable burning sensation on the target areas and the soreness did reduce, but not to the extent that I wanted. I felt that I had to apply more of the gel on the sore target areas, for better relief. To top it all, I really felt that the gel itself, took a little longer than expected, to get absorbed into the skin.
It is for all these reasons stated above, that I began depending on Moov Pain Relief Gel. From my experience, Moov not only reduced muscle soreness significantly, but the application of the gel, before and after exercising(for a period of 5 days), led to the disappearance of even the slightest trace of muscle soreness and ankle pain! Moov also penetrates into the skin, within minutes of application onto the affected area and therefore, results in a burning, but very pleasant and soothing sensation! Thanks to power of Moov, I can now, heave a sigh of relief and not be unnecessarily worried about pain, while exercising!
All in all, there are much better pain relief gels than Volini, in the market today, in terms of long term effectiveness and actual prevention of pain.
