Volkswagen Downtown is the worst service center possible. I had ordered a spare part during my first service of Vento. There was no response from there side. The only answer that you get is "Sir we will give you a call" . For just a simple problem, which is " The vehicle pulls to the left". The service manger and one of their service adviser repeatedly kept telling that its because of the road condition. Two days later my vehicle was shown to the technical person of Volkswagen. Where he suggested to change the Stud of the vehicle.This was in the month of May 2011 and during my first service.
When I returned to the back to service center for second service the part was still not available and the service manager very casually says that the part has been fitted to another vehicle.(in the month of August 2011)
During the span I have a tyre completely worn out. for which the service people have no explanation even the MD of Downtown has been much of a help.
During the process I even challenged the service center officials that I would like to get my vehicle rectified at another authorized Volkswagen dealer. but they do not give me the documents that are required to show that a ticket has been raised to rectified the problem.
I request all my fellow volkswagen friends not to even enter the Downtown service center.
