I applied for a home loan in Volkswagen Finance after making lot of research over the Internet.
I submitted all the documents they asked and told me they would visit my house within a week.
They came after 6 days to inspect the house and told me to come next week.
I went to there office next week and got to know I would only get 65% of my sanctioned loan amount and thdy will take the remaining amount as thejr charges.
I was surprised but had nothing but to oblige it as I needed the amount urgently.
They charged me around 0.40 interest rate and their support was decent.
Their staff usually behaved well but could have been better if they disclosed their terms and conditions before applying for the loan as it wouldn’t hamper my ovetall satisfaction with them.
