Extremely Bad experience

If you think buying a car is a Beautiful experience then please avoid dealing with Global Gallerie…


We had booked Verito (White Colour) on 11th Novemer, 2012 (Dhanteras day), yes I should not forget mentioning the name of the sales person. We were allocated Mr. Jayendra as our sales executive. This day was pretty good, happy happy kind and everything went off at ease. We were promised our White Colour Verito to be delivered on 6th January, 2013. We specifically asked for this day as it was kind of special day for both of us me and my husband.


Somewhere in the month of December we inquired for the Down payment and mutually decided------ as the date to do down payment. After doing the down payment we received a call from Mr. Jayendra on 29th December, 2012 convincing us to take silver verito instead of White as white verito was not available. We remained confirmed on our decision to take white verito, our discussion with Mr. Jayendra closed on him promising us to deliver White Verito on 6th January, 2012. This was not enough; we received a call on 31st December, 2012 again from Mr. Jayendra saying that his senior would like to speak with us. I cannot recollect his name, but this so called senior also tried to convince us to take delivery of silver verito, which we refused in a very firm manner.


Now the delivery day  6th January, 2013 morning we get a call from Mr. Jayendra saying that due to fire in  our office we will not be able to deliver your car. This was it, but still giving a due advantage to the reason he gave us we asked him to give us a date to take our car’s delivery. We were given 9th January, 2013 as the date. After this call of Mr. Jayendra there was no communication till the date of deliver, this guy was not even answering our calls. Fed up with all this drama, I got the number of Global Gallerie from net and contacted their Customer Care, where I was introduced to Ms. Pooja the Brand Manager of Verito at Global Gallarie. After telling her all our story and complaints she promised to deliver our White Verito on 9thJanuary.


Our car was delivered to us on 9th Jan, but without any pre delivery check – I am confirming on this because the Right Tail Light was not working frm Day one. On 17th my husband took the care to service centre to find the prob. They replaced the Bulb and kept my husband waiting for almost 3 hours saying that we need a approval from the sales team for doing no charge. My husband had a good experience with the service Team but he had a very bad support from Jayendra.


We had a BAD experience, Our precious time was wasted every time we had been to Global Gallarie (minimum waiting of 40 mins approx), lot of lies etc etc. I am sharing this experience because buying a car is an experience for everyone, dream for some. No one wants bad memories and trouble


So please please avoid dealing with Global Gallarie (Thane)
