Really nice, always had a love for German cars. But the world’s worst after sales service!
Don’t know if this is specific to India or around the world. One would think that with all the fancy gadgetry at the service center, they would know immediately whats wrong with the car...but they don’t!
Since I’ve bought the car, there has been something or the other that has been going wrong...the light comes for no reason, as does the alarm...some plastic fitting is loose or the worst the mechanical faults.
It’s a wonder that I still like driving the vehicle & maybe cos’ the engine hasn’t given me any problems yet, but I really hate the after sales service!
