Volkswagen has a good manufacturing quality .but customer service and customer relations they are absolutely ZERO, .I really had a very bad experience for my first car there .
Never deal with Apple volkswagen whitefield bangalore, once they trap you they will never attend you over phone/ or personally . pathetic people
But as a CAR polo is awesome, nice and smooth.
So beware from Apple show room, or please carry lots of patience or delayed in response, they will be always in meeting with CEO, even a junior level customer relation officer, always says that he is with CEO, as if CEO is forcing them not to work.
