Worst mistake V W could ever do . Tieing up with a dealer who is a absolute misfit .Take a look at this -
1.My polo diesel was supposed to be delivered in June but was handed over in October .
- Car was home delivered straight from the yard - filthy. Had no door mats .Could have informed me that NOTHING will be given so I could have made my arrangements
3.It still is a mystery as to why I was charged Rs.1500 extra for registration where as I have paid the same to my agent as well. No refund in so far though it was brought to the attending of Mr.Raj the manager.
4.Have you ever been to their garage- Please do so -Its a dumpyard, no one has clue as to what they are upto .
5.My car has been sent twice to the garage to fix my inside door handle panel they haven’t fixed it so far though I’m being charged for the same as overall service charge.
6.They fleece you about Rs.2310 under the invoice category "Labour Description" of the 10 items charged for having been removed , looked into and refitted 7 were never actually attended to at all this was accepted by the service manger at the garage when I shook him up a bit .
7.I was even told by their own delivery person that it is quite casual for nice parts removed from one car and fixt to others cars which come with the tag "known to management ".
Overall, they suck and have sickening customer experience interface. Try talking to any one of them be it sales or service.
