I have purchased a few cars and have dealt with quite a number of dealers. But here, you ask any customer, vw dealers behaviour is pathetic. They are quite horrible in dealing with customers. You will only hear a bunch of lies about quick delivery while booking.
Once you have booked, means you hooked. Sales executives who generally roam around you for a lead or for a reference start avoiding you. Even the sales executive who booked your car will not receive your calls.
You will have to visit time and again to the show room to know only your waiting status of delivery. I have a horrible waiting experience for my vw new car at BHARAT MOTORS, BHUBANESWAR.
I personally believe the dealer should be changed. They are simply PATHETIC in customer dealings and HUGE LIARS in telling your delivery period while booking. They can be SUED for such false commitment.
I have booked my Car from the 1st week of Nov 2010 and still waiting for delivery. They are simply cheating customers and even I have heard from horses mouth that they are selling cars in blacks with more money.
