Company never respond / reply to customer concerns after providing a concern number .
I lost my trust on VW & Partner as below during my purchase of Polo GT TSI & Service of Vento high line TDI .
1.VW & Partner dishonour commitments agreed in writing after collection of full payment for vehicle.
2.VW & Partner does not provide Correct invoice .
3.VW failed in ensuring proper spare part stocks with Authorized dealer / service center .
All substantiating documents available.
People trusting VW products/German engineering are taken for granted by VW Sales India Private Limited and its Partners . Loop to check regarding corrective action taken against concern number with customers required.
Better stay away from VW& Partners as they don’t provide transparent service& makes your vehicle ownership experience a nightmare .
