I would like to lodge a complaint against your dealer Elite Motors (Downtown), Magrath Road, Bangalore. It is because of dealers like these that companies like Skoda lose market share and do badly. And the same is going to happen with Volkwagen if it continues to have dealers like these.
I have booked a Polo in Feb 2011. The dealer had given me a time frame of less then two months and 2.5 months max. What irks me is not that they have not delivered till now. The problem is as soon as you book a car, the dealers people become completely unreachable and will never give a call back or a follow up call. I have been trying to get in touch with the supervisor called Basavraj who took the booking. He never answers his phone and get his junior Vrushali to call back. She just keeps harping that we will get back in 10 days. This has been going on for a month now and they have never initiated a call even once. I feel cheated to have deposited Rs 50000 with people like these and also that brands like VW are supporting them.
And all I want to know is the status of my booking, when can I get the vehicle after waiting for 2 months atleast I deserve a date or a week when I can get the car, so as to arrange my finances.
Pathetic Service and bad for VW. Already disappointed future owner of a Polo.
