I was driving my brothers Polo in Bangalore , when I met with an accident on April 22 .2012, it was taken to the garage immediately , even after 5 months. Till date the dealer has not repaired the vehicle, citing non availability of spares.Dealer is not giving any deadline to repair the vehicle.and is putting the blame on the company.Customer complaint was also raised to the Volswagen company, but they are noncommital of delivery date and the exact reason.How can you buy a product, without the guarantee of servicing the vehicles on time, in case of repair due to various reasons.
I have heard there are many such cases like ours.Is this the way customers are treated in the 21st century.The company has no answers yet for this
