Service adviser at workshop said that the anti-theft alarm is not installed in your car. I complain customer care form website. It is forwarded to Secundrabad VW dealer. They do not know about this is a defect !
I sent a reminder but did not get even answer after 3 weeks and 3 days. I contacted nearly 5 times to service center and car wash seems pathetic and has no improvement.
Car is excellent but after sales service is pathetic.
