Engine oil replacement Creating the work order took 30 mins of typing and typing and typing. Tried to introduce imaginary work and service.Everything but what I was saying. Did not note the TWO tasks I repeated about 5 times.
By the tine a mechanic started working it was a full hour the car had been in the workshop
Got call to collected car at 1100AM.
Lights not touched as spare part NA. Parts shop wanted chassis number to provide cost but conveniently did not say the part was NA.
From the workshop the car was brought out with AC on max fan setting. Left it with headlights on and AC fan on
Closing the work order took another 20 mins. Lights not repaired
CC charged in 30 sec. Labour cost for 15 min to replace oil filter and oil filter ₹3340. The entry is called PAID SERVICE 60000K/4th year and the ONLY work was oil change
NO washing cleaning NO NOTHING
Classic case of outright fraud like VW did for emission data for Diesel.
