With the brand and having used a VW in Germany in 1999, I jumped to shop for a Vento from city dealer on Hosur Road. All looked smart until the payments were created and automobile was bimanual over. there have been such a large amount of defective things, that were mounted with ton of rude and careless service management team.
The offers created within the purchase cycle were eye-washes(like Insurance of 32K clothed to be simply 18K), the automobile was quite a year recent(lying their warehouse) with several components still failing(like front glass incorporates a crack, front window doesn’t open at times).
The worst half was tha apathy with that the VW dealer furthermore as their call centre treated the issues. I believe they need NO construct of any service or client care. Once you purchase it, you’re on their lonesome together with your automobile.
