Ever heard the adage " A Fool & His Money Are Soon Parted"? Well, Volkswagen India created it! Firstly their all India sales network is run by a SINGLE firm, so there’s no competition. And this firm specializes in proving above adage right! They wouldn’t give me the Standard fitments mentioned in their OWN price-list saying they were optional. Next , they didn’t register my car with the DTO even 3 wks. after taking the money on various excuses. And lastly, the battery ran out within six weeks of purchase even after charging it for five minutes TWICE a week.
And to top it all, VW India never bothers to reply to e-mails sent by the "natives"! So GO FIGURE!
