As far as its function of cooling is concerned is up to mark, suitable for a room of 100-120 sqft as it is of 1 ton. Even after 3 after ac is quiet silence and not making any disturbing sound. I don’t know about the service and support from brand as I got it installed by myself.
It is problem perfectly since day 1 without any repair and maintenance cost. Just cleaning of filters are required from time to time like others. The only drawback is required more power as it is of low rating. If you are using a/c for full day than definitely it is not for you.
