The era of fine products of voltas is gone long back. The Voltas 18HY 1.5 Ton split Air Conditioner is the thing that makes you believe this sentence.
This air conditioner has many mainstream features like cross flow, air dust filter, turbo mode. But they also claim it to be fungusproof, which I don’t know why. The water is there in the evaporator anyways, so how can the fungus not grow? Anyways, this one doesn’t have the dehumidification feature like other air conditioners and that worries me.
At a price of 42k, this A/C is not at all a worth buy. One must visit the shops and do a market research to find out better options.
