Sir,
Atlast your unskilled rep visited my home at 7pm and removed all the parts of AC.
He did not know, how to fix the problem.
He is saying that, there is communication problem between the indoor and outdoor unit.
How should there be communication, as the indoor unit is if 2017 and outdoor is 2018 manufactured.
I will defame tatacliq and voltas in all social sITES_Company.
Second hearing of your case at District consumer forum, lb nagar is on 22.05.2019 at 10 am.
Really pathetic and faltu services by voltas.
I send compensation of rs 100000 for the mental trauma and bronchitic problems caused in this regard.

I have registered complaint on 28.04.2018 vide request no. 190429 00162 and no body visited till date. The AC is not working and other error code -e8 is appearing.
I have complained to voltas mAnasultanger Mr Venkata Krishna and then also no body responded.
Creating mental trauma and raising my BP as sugar levels.
Also, due to the air from AC, is causing bronchitic problems to my family.
I have raised the level to consumer court and then also the voltas and tatackiq are not responding.
