The voltas 1.5 ton is a good product from voltas, as it comes at a very good price and voltas has the best servicing, backup and quality, but I would not prefer you to get this, as this one is a non inverter AC, Before I explain to you what it is and if its really worth getting one, let me tell you that this year all 5 stars rated non inverted AC will be 3 stars; that says a lot about the efficiency of an inverter AC.
What is inverter AC, how dose it work and why does it make a huge difference?
Inverter AC’s are 30 to 50% more power efficient, non inverter AC’s cut off when they attain the target temperature increases it starts again in full blast.
An inverter AC will not completely shut off when it attains its target temperature but will continue to run, trying to maintain the target temperature, in turn, increasing efficiency by saving power.
An inverter AC is also quieter than a non_inverter AC.
As the AC is available at a great price do check it out.
If you plan to get this one you will not be disappointed as you get the voltas quality, reliability and cooling at the end of the day.
