Hello everyone, In July 2017 I purchased this voltas air cooler from a local shop in Lucknow but as soon as I purchased the product I got trouble in pump and remote control on this Air cooler after that I raised a complaint on that and they replaced the defective part then after sometimes the cooler get problem with remote control and water supply , Then I raised a complaint on 10 august 2017 regarding this issue on customer care support but the service manager didn’t came to my home then again after some day I called the customer care on 17 august 2017 and raised a complaint again but no one come’s to my home and after some day I again raised a complaint on 24 august 2017 and the customer care kept the call on hold for about 30 mins almost, then after some time the call was automatically disconnected and this is the way of service and support of TATA VOLTAS company .Again after 2 days service manager came to my home and saying that the problem cannot solve now as he’s running out of time for work and call him after the season end . This is a worst air cooler and service and support from the company in my whole life.
