Hello. I have brought this product 4 months ago. I thought Voltas is the brand I can trust with. The fridge worked fine for 2 to 3 months. But after that it has started giving many problems. The handle of tge fridge broked. Then the fridge cooling capacity also decrease. I have tried calling their customer service executives but gkt no help from them. There is not customer service center in my are also. I have called them and told to send there executive to fix my problem and they told me to wait few days. I almost waited for 5 to 6 days but got no call back from them. So I called them and they were like soory we couldn’t send our executive to you due to some issue. Totally not satisfied with voltas. The durability is also very bad. The handling becomes harder as it is very heavy and big. The style and design of the fridge is average.
