Hello. Today I am going to write my honest review for Voltas Beko 250 L Double refrigerator. I have brought this product from local store before 1 year. The refrigerator was working fine atbthe beginning. But from the last months it has stopped working. The fridge has stopped cooling. I have tried calling their customer service executives many times and also mailed them regarding my issue. There is akso not a single service center in my whole city. Due to which I called Voltas executive and told to send their executive to troubleshoot my issues any fix it. They tolad me to waitbfor 3 days and they will call me. I have waited for about a week but go no call or mail from there side. So I called them I know my complaint status and they were like sorry we can’t send any of our executive to your city but to some issue. Being a brand if you do not satisfy your customer then what the point. I am totally disappointed by there after service. The sytle and design of the fridge is average nothing great. The grey colour also looks good on this. No issues with tge style and design. The fridge is very big and bulky which makes it hard for handling.
It is definitely not a value for money product. I would not recommend this Fridge to anyone. I had a very bad experience with Voltas.
