NEVER EVER BUY VOLTAS. I have had first horrifying experience during installation of ac unit. It has not even been installed and lying packed as is since 3 days. No wonder the services in future will be out of this world.
Nobody from VOLTAS has turned up yet to install my ac unit. And I am begging them as if I have done something wrong.
Please NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER buy a Voltas product. Its the service that matters. I would say rather go for Hitachi a premium brand in market. 2000 bucks spent more today can earn a lot of comfort.
