I have been using this product since 2 years.Good to have 3 star eer rating. Cooling speed is average. Thanks to sleep mode function. The problem is what everytime I run after few hours the water starts leaking from ac. As the ac is above my bed whenever I woke in morning the one side of the bed got wet. When I called the mechanic, he told that this problem cant be solved & this model has the only issue. Coming to the next point its noise is horrible like a fan cooler whenever I turn on turbo mode, in normal its ok. Overall I can say its a average product & will not recommend to have it to others. While paying 30-40k you have better option.
