I had purchased voltas 1.5 ton split ac 24 apr 2013.. but after few days I got some problem in my ac.. I called to customer care and register complaint .. in 24 hours engineer came at my point and changed the part of indoor ac..
But after 2 days I got same problem and tried to call customer care many times in 4 days but they put all incoming numbers in busy tone.. after 4 days I called the dealer .. he gave cheap reply that like (jab aap se phone busy jaa raha hai to hamare se bhi to busy jayega)..after some high pressurized to dealer they give me the service head number I call him and they send engineer in 2 days ..
He said yours ac compressor is damaged.. we will replace it 3 days.. but now 8 days have passed. They are saying just 2 days just 2 days more means total 15 days have passed but still they have not replaced my ac’s compressor..
So please don’t take voltas product in your life.
It’s a waste of money..
