I bought it approx 10 month before . And I am not satisfied with its performance. Voltas is a reputed company that’s why I bought its ac.
Its cooling capacity is too low and this is the most biggest problem with this ac and water leakage. It cost more electricity bill compared to other brand AC. It create lots of noise which is not tolerable.
Customer service is too late, I call them regarding this issue but they takes 3 days to solve my problem.
Many times customer care executive don’t even receive my call.
So my advice to others don’t buy this product do market search before going for it.
