Bought the product recently and it was delivered promptly as promised. But the sales team in Flipkart booked the installation which did not happen as per the date in the SMS. When we called them, they kept putting off the date again and again. Finally we had to call Voltas directly and book an installation as they could not find any thing in our name(despite having an order number for installation).
Installation was also a chore as they charged us over four thousand rupees for a shoddy job and did not even show us the working product.
The product is really good, cools within couple of minutes.
My room size is 14X12 feets and its start cooling within 3 mins. The person who came for installation charged from me Rs. 2700(Including 1500 - installation charge, 300 - pipe, 900 - Out door unit stand.)
But they will not give you proper demo about the product. Overall after use of 1 month I am happy but the out door unit is little Noisy.
