The product was purchased in 2009 and developed problems within seven months. It was purchased from Sumaria and serviced by Sai-Sidhi.
It took multiple reminders to get a technician to come for servicing. They came, they saw and they took it away.
The product had developed problems with cooling itself. The company returned it with that one problem solved and two new ones created. The remote functioned intermittently and the fan swing had completely stopped. And the servicing company has the gall to state that while we do not check anything post service, you are supposed to do so, immediately upon receipt.
Incredibly bad experience. We trusted the Tata name. You should not.
