I brought a Voltas .8 ton window a/c last year from the voltas dome in nungambakkam, chennai.
the last time I saw the company people was at the time of delivery of the a/c.
I just got fed up of numerous calls to them for the free service they had to provide during the warranty period and offcourse its their duty as such, finally without invitation they came before the warranty was about to expire in a week and serviced the a/c and asked us to take an AMC it was like really funny and luckily my dad was in a good mood and they escaped the wrath
I brought it in a mentality that our companies are second to none, though the product is absolutely good
the SERVICE is absolutely pathetic and I have not recommended the product to any one coz of this type of worst service
the TATAS are concentrating very much internationally but this is a market which is much bigger than the international market., so let them do something so that they dont lose to the korean and japanese cos
