Voltas Vertis 1.5 Ton

I did very little market research before buying a Voltas Vertis 1.5 Ton Split AC rated at 3 stars. A mistake for which I am still paying. After the first year, I started facing the below issues -

1. Very low cooling and very high humidity in the room.

   
   




2. Remote and AC circuit malfunctioning.

   
   




3. Frequent water leakage problem.

   
   




4. Huge electricity bills.

   
   




5. To top it all, horrible service from authorized service center (Crystal Care - Service center for people staying near Dhakuria, Kolkata)

   
   

My strong suggestion: Go without an AC, but never buy a Voltas AC.
