I got this product about 2 years back and till now I don’t have any issues. The cooling is splendid but one needs to make sure that cooling and condenser coils are clean. Otherwise air circulation reduces and thus impacts the effective cooling. the machine does not make much noise. Make sure you put reliable voltage correct is there are any fluctuations in your areas.
The pricing of product is genuine. The person who came for installation was in too hurry to perform the tasks to satisfaction level. further he didn’t cleared any of the created mess and asked us to offer board etc...
