Customer support needs to change with immediate effect. It’s essential for sales support. Personally, I faced service related issues. I had raised this to regional manager, North Delhi but he had not responded me. Politely ignored me !!!!!!!
Not picking my phone and not replying to my mails. Mumbai sales diving of other product helped me fix my problem.
I want to meet & speak to the R.M. and not the Customer Service Team.
