We bought Vertis Gold AC(1.5T) on 25-May-11, and till date it is not working properly because of multiple problems and even the customer service department has not responded properly to our problems.The list of Complaints logged with them is as follows:
>>>>Current complaint: 11JL1103191 - Water starts coming out of AC continuously into the room as soon as we switch it on.
>>>>Previously, ICE pieces were falling from AC.
>>>>AC was given to us with broken Swing locks and flap locks
1) My First complaint was on 27 May-11: No Cooling, lot of sound, outer unit doesnt stop even after switching off the ac,
:gas was filled after the complaint was logged
2) Second complaint was on 10 Jun-11 attended by Ginny Aircon, : complaint -Lot of noise in flap, ice coming out at of ac: No solution, service engineer marked job sheet pending.Its been a month and no revert has been revceived on the same.
3) Third Complaint on 11july11 - Executive gave an assurance that the problem will be resolved by next day i.e. 12 July11, however, nothing has been done so far. Upon calling them, they are just shifting the dates to next day.
This is really a disappointing experience with a big brand like VOLTAS.
