Does Voltas bother to attend customer issues ??

I was posting my complaint in voltasac.com/ couple of time in past few days. So far, I have not received any acknowledgement or complain register number or any call from service dealers. So, where to find them?


I bought Vertis Premium 1.5 TON AC from Rathna Cool Pvt, Ltd, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Model : Voltas Vertis Premium Split AC 1.5 Ton


Installation Dealer: Southern Comfort


Within two days, it was not cooling and next 50 days, I was out of my home. When came back registered compliant with Voltas service center (12MY1104271 date: 11/05/2012). After two days, they found it was installation defect and no gas left over. Next day they refilled gas and it was working for 1 week after that no cooling (I never enjoyed less than 32’C at 12x10 room). Then registered complain on 26/05/2012 (complaint no: A03100) but even after so many follow-up no service person attended.


Kindly replace my Outdoor Unit. I don’t use some defective product. I bought Voltas product with full trust. Never walked into other vendor and bothered to check it out. Trust Voltas will keep up their good customer relationship and keep my trust alive.
