VOLTAS has the worst customer service that I have come across in today’s time. I raised a request in the customer care centre on 5/4/2014 for AC service and was told I will get a call form technician in 24 hrs. NO CALL till 8/4/2014. I again called the customer centre on 8/4/2014 for a followup. Again the same reply-you will get a call in 24 hours.
NO CALL till 9/4/2014I again called the customer centre and get the same reply again but this time they just said you will get the call -NO DEADLINE! You can get a call might be in the next winter or summer who knows. But you will surely get a call! Dont know how many times I need to call them before I see any technician. Moreover, they are not ready to transfer the call to the concerned department or give the details of any technician.
STRANGE VOLTAS! NO ONE SHOULD GO FOR IT!
