Tata is a big brand and voltas Ac is its own product .
We had purchased the window Ac in 2019, with registered number 9978728387 , mr Siddharth deora , pin no 395007 at bhatar road surat . Since our purchase within 8 months their have been major problems in it . In 1st complain the visited technician said connector is defective and required to be replaced. The same was replaced after 3 month in Feb 2020 . Now the same problem have arrived . After complaint to call centre we just get assurance. Yesterday we told the technician to replace the defective piece but he said that Voltas product does not get replaced . Let customer suffer they do not care , Tata does not care , they believe in sales only instead of sales after service. When they cannot solve the problem either they should refund the money or replace the AS but they are rigid and will never follow the moral rules . Brands like Tata should not do it
We have worst experience. The Ac is completely dead . At the name of corona they seems to save their face. We will take legal steps if immediate action is not taken . We are fed up with your call centres and technician promises. We cannot wait more for your connector as you will replace when available .
