I bought a Voltas vertis elite air conditioner 3 weeks back to counter the summer heat. Having a one year old kid, I took pains in investing on an AC. But to my shock it didn’t cooled after a week.
I have been chasing the service persons for 2 weeks in a row but they didn’t turn up. Mr. Ram (THiruvallur Voltas service) keep on omitting my calls and pushing me to the brink of anger.
I am very disgusted with the service.
