I have never used a TATA product but was a fan of using desi products, So brought Voltas vertis gold 1.5 ton split AC. It was expensive compared to other since it was 5 star rating so I bought this one( also bought 3 1/2 star samsung ac costing 4k less).
After properly maintaining it for 2 years suddenly we encountered a problem ie The AC was not cooling the room and temp was randomly changing then again turning off and on. When I call the service guys these people come and say that there was leakage of nitrous gas which was due to the quality defect, remote was working on it’s own and service problem. which has costed me 3000 rs. I paid 4000 rs extra compared to other while ACduring initial purchase, so totally 7000 rs hole in my pocket. The other SAMSUNG ac is working just fine.
I would never trust an other TATA product again. Thank god I was considering to buy Manza earlier, Sad but will definetly go for Japanese brand for sure.
