I am hardcore Fan of TATA Group which is trustworthy and fullfill the commitment given and accordingly I have all products of TATA. In keeping the same opinion I took Voltas Split AC and after 3 months it had stopped working which should not happen at all.I would firmly say never buy Voltas AC not due to product but for customer service which will make you feel and repent for purchasing and calling the AC.You will ready to pay and get the service but will never call customer care.
It’s so bad even normal outside service centre mechanic will speak better.Customer Care is only for Name sake, I had spoken to more than 10 officers in 3 days, but no agent can speak good english rather don’t have respect to customers, rude spoken and not customer friendly.I have decided that I will get the service from outside but never call them and Firmly decided not to purchase any AC of Voltas.
Finally after 5 days, technician has come after escalating the issue to their regional manager.He informed in very cool way "abhi to iska part nahin hain, two days main stock aayaga". I don’t have any words to speak and called one local AC mechanic and got the things done in two hours time. My office got suffered for 5 days due to this and business loss.
Please buy Voltas AC assuming that it will work for ever.
The purpose of putting in mouthshut is that I know there are many people like me who believe in TATA and take the product and suffer.
