Please never ever buy an vertis product of Voltas. It has a pathetic service in Delhi. I purchased Voltas vertis plus 1 T window AC from Croma in June 2009. After 8-9 months, it’s compressor started tripping. I made first complain (complain no 10MY2300223) on 25th May 2010 and service engineer of Voltas analysed that PCB is defective. They came back with repaired PCB on 1st June (Unique Refrigeration, Krishna Nagar, New Delhi).
After 7 days, the problem resumed and I re-opened the same call on 9-10th June 2010. Service engineer came on 16th June (after various follow-up) and then took away PCB to repair again. I am sorry to say that even after 7 working days I did not get my PCB back and there is no intimation to me. I would have made 4-5 calls to hotline number and Unique Refrigeration. They always say that it will be done today and then no one turn’s up.
