I unfortunately bought a 1ton VOLTAS ac in march 2013. in about 15 days it stopped cooling. I called the customer service of Voltas 18004254555 on the 13th April 2013, which is specifically registered as a Toll Free no. and thats where the lies start. u pay for the call.
I registered my complaint and was told that it would be attended to in 48 hrs. Its 7 days now and they tell me my complaint will be forwarded to the concerned department, details which they dont have.
They dont know which department they are forwarding my enquiry to and they dont know why my complaint was not attended to! Meanwhile I left with a 1 ton ac n sweating in the heat...
