First of all the service of voltas is the best.Well it depends upon your locality but the service people are good too!
Lets talk about its cooling- its cools very fast you keep it on 24 and it is the perfect balance of temperature for night sleeping.The air throw is also very good.
Its night mode is very useful it adjusts with outside climate.
The brand voltas is of TATA so it is very reliable.Its been 3 years since we have purchased this AC and still no problem.
The remote is good too has radium buttons which is so useful.Now you dont have to switch on your light to operate your Ac remote.
A slight problem I encountered with the Ac- it made some kind of sound like the fan touching its body.But it was fixed after we called the service man.
