I know that voltas is a popular brand and the best electronics products that they are selling in the markets.
But for me it was a bad experience. I came to knew about this in one advertisement and bought this in a summer offer. For first two months it was working well and was satisfied.
After two months it irritated me alot. The remote was not working, got huge noise from the machine and so on. For getting cool in the room it was taking more than 1 hour. I called service center and complained this issue. But first they didn’t give any response. Later again I called them and made them to come to my home. They told some technical problems and repaired it.
Within two weeks it again got complained and I got fructuated. Finally I found a good repairman near to my house and told him to correct it. And I lost double the money of this product and really fed up with this.
The current bill was also increased during this time. I dreamed to sleep well in this summer but this was actually happen to me. I wasted my money.
I was disappointed with this voltas WAC 183CX 1.5 Ton 3 star window AC. We should have to read reviews about all the products before we buying. That I learnt from this bad experience.
