I want to explain my views about the Voltas Window AC 1.5 Ton i.e five star. The cost of the window AC is near about 29000/-. I thought I was purchasing a five star AC and it may be a good job. But cooling of the AC is very poor.
The fitting of the AC was not proper and in time. it makes heavy noise at the time of on or off. when we contacted the customer care about this problem they did not give any satisfactory service. The response of the customer care was not good. I noticed two good things in this Voltas Window AC first is sleep mode for reducing electricity bill and second is duster filter is of good quality for clearing the air.
