I recently started working with organizations and I joined for VOLVO IT and working as an remote support engineer and it’s really really hoping awesome and going smooth too . I never seen such an work environment before with the organization I worked with . Its amazing and I am seriously very much happy to work with company. Talking about the management , they are really good and very friendly as we are .
They do not pressure us for anything and in training they will train us the best in the industry and I started learning lots of things here. It’s very unit brand to work with and everyone will not get an opportunity to work with this organization. I believe that I struggled a lot to get these kind of job. When I gave an interview with this company I was really not afraid of the interview I was not scared at all but I tried my best . Talking about the company, it’s employee friendly.
After they started the training project manager personally called me and said you really did amazing in the interview and I am surprised to have you here and he was affront and he told me I found something unique in you I was so happy and I really started be living my self that I really have something good talent which is use I to others . And he told the same in front of 5 people in the training. Talking about training , they really teach us each and everything about servers and network and I am happy to take risks and learn. I love this organization and I got it what I wanted . pay is also amazing , they really pay good and we got all the facilities whatever we want.Thanks to Volvo.I really recommend this company to everyone I know but openings are very very less , you can’t even guess how they hire.they look something special in you before they hire you
