Extremely disappointed with Volvos quality and post-sales support. Ive owned my Volvo for just under 2 years, and the experience has been frustrating throughout:
Incorrect tyre pressure information was given at the time of delivery by the sales team, leading to tyre damage within 2 months
Faced boot noise and dashboard rattling unexpected for a so-called premium car
A battery failure occurred just one day before completing 2 years, and now theyve refused to honor the warranty, blaming usage patterns
Even the infotainment issue, which was repaired by Volvo’s own service center after keeping the car idle for testing, is being used against me as a reason to reject the battery claim
To make it worse, my experience with Martial Volvo Bangalore has been deeply disappointing. Their handling of service and warranty concerns is unprofessional and lacks transparency.
Strongly advise against giving your car for service at Martial Volvo or any of its associated centers. If youre expecting premium service and accountability from Volvo, youll be let down.
I also own a BMW, and Volvos support doesnt even come close.
