Beware of Talwar Volvo Deals

I had bought a Volvo XC-60 D3 from talwar Volvo a year back. They are really cheats. They assured me that the vehicle will give me an average of 14 kmpl and if not then they will take the vehicle back.

The vehicle never gave 14 and then when spoke to them, their salesman Syed says that "you should have sense that the vehicle will give after 10, 000 kilometers of running and I never claimed an average of 14 kmpl".

When we contacted their owner Mr. Saket Talwar, he also denied and went back on his words that he will take the car back. He then assured us that it will give 12 kmpl.

This also we tried for a couple of months and it never gives above 9 KMPL. Then we wrote to the chairman of Volvo India and he never responded and sent the details to talwar to speak to us.

In our letter to chairman, we had already written that they are not understanding and not keeping the words that they say.

Then Syed called me and said that every city you drive the vehicle will give different average and it cannot give the same. This was absurd and then how can companies claim the average that they declare. On this he said he cannot do anything.

They are very good and nice when they sell cars but once sold, they back out of everything they say. No one in the Volvo India has responded or tried to listen or understand what is said. We asked if the vehicle is faulty, please replace it or if the claim of mileage is wrong then the customers should be told correctly.

I have heard that each one who has bought Volvo cars is in the same soup and none are getting an average what was promised.

Moreover, Mr. Talwar says that there is lot of dust and pollution and the fuel here is bad and so it may not be performing. If this is the case, how are other imported vehicles are running?

And if this is the case, make the vehicles to take care of these things in your cars as the other car manufacturers are doing.

Do not come into their words. have everything written and signed by them and check for yourself before you strike a deal with them. They are very big cheats.
